A high-energy, seafood-driven restaurant is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations and lead a strong back-of-house team. This role partners closely with the Executive Chef to ensure consistent execution, maintain quality standards, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with fresh seafood experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to inspire and develop a team.

Sous Chef Requirements and Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of culinary leadership experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
- Strong background in seafood preparation and high-volume kitchen operations
- Proven ability to lead, train, and coach line cooks and prep team members
- Experience with inventory, ordering, food cost control, and kitchen systems
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to work the line and support service execution
Sous Chef Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience in raw bar, coastal, or seafood-focused restaurant concepts
- Track record of improving kitchen consistency, efficiency, and team performance
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Executive Chef and leadership team
- Positive, accountable leadership style that builds a strong kitchen culture
