Novant Health Maternal Fetal Medicine is seeking a compassionate, skilled Sonographer to join our growing outpatient team in beautiful Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. You'll work alongside board-certified Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians and an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing advanced care for high-risk pregnancies and their families.

What We're Looking For:

Required

  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
  • Associate degree (or equivalent program completion)
  • ARDMS registered with OB specialty (RDMS-OB)
  • Current BLS certification

Preferred

  • One or more years of obstetric ultrasound experience
  • Maternal Fetal Medicine experience
  • Fetal Echocardiography certification
  • Experience performing Doppler studies and nuchal translucency examinations
  • Experience assisting with amniocentesis and/or CVS procedures
What You'll Do:

As a Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer, you will:

  • Perform high-quality obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations
  • Obtain comprehensive fetal anatomy and growth assessments
  • Perform Doppler studies, nuchal translucency (NT) scans, and AIUM-recommended imaging
  • Collaborate closely with Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians and the multidisciplinary care team
  • Assist with specialized procedures, including amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling (CVS), when appropriate
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining the highest standards of imaging quality and safety
