Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Virginia Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide essential therapeutic services in an elementary to high school setting in Raphine, VA. This contract position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, spread over five days, working with a diverse student population across several age groups. Candidates will have the opportunity to manage a primary caseload estimated at 3040 students, along with additional secondary and tertiary caseloads ranging from 2035 students, delivering impactful support tailored to each learners needs.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Virginia Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification
• Experience working with school-aged children, ideally spanning elementary through high school
• Strong caseload management skills and the ability to develop individualized treatment plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with students, families, and educational teams
