Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dynamic opportunity is available for skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide exceptional support to students within school settings in the Tampa, FL area. This contract position offers both full-time and part-time assignments, allowing for flexible scheduling and diverse clinical experiences in educational environments.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based speech and language therapy services tailored to the needs of school-aged children. You will collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), track student progress, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings. Caseload specifics will be provided upon placement but generally involve working with pediatric populations in middle and elementary schools.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required.
  • Prior experience working as an SLP in school settings is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while ensuring high-quality therapy services.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with students, families, and school staff.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple locations with part-time engagements in Plant City and Brandon, FL.

Location and Hours:

  • Full-time placement at Barrington Middle School.
  • Part-time opportunities with one day in Plant City and another in Brandon.
  • Contract dates from ASAP through May 29, 2026.
  • Both full-time and 0.4 FTE (part-time) schedules available.
