SHIFT
DET - Shift 2 (10%) (United States of America - Michigan)A BRIEF OVERVIEW
The Shipping/Receiving Associate I, is responsible for packaging parts according to customer specifications.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Execute processes to receive, inspect, store, or ship materials, ensuring adherence to established timelines and accuracy standards
Support inventory management by performing accurate system transactions, including logging shipments and receipts, conducting cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies.
Handle materials in compliance with applicable medical device regulations, quality standards, and internal operating procedures, ensuring traceability and proper documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, quality, and procurement, to align shipping/receiving activities with operational needs and priorities
Perform weekly housekeeping per 6S schedule.
May move parts to and from finished goods.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
High School Or Equivalent (Required)
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
Manufacturing Experience (Preferred)
Experience in packaging (Preferred)
Experience with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Quality Systems Regulation (QSR), and ISO standards (Preferred)
