Shipping and Receiving Associate

Join a dynamic team where you will primarily utilize an RF Scanner to efficiently pick parts for shipments. Your performance will be assessed based on the accuracy and speed of your picks. You will also have the opportunity to be trained in the receiving process, sorting orders, and performing computer work to ensure accurate product inventory.

Responsibilities

• Use an RF Scanner to pick parts for shipments accurately and quickly.
• Operate a pallet jack as needed to assist in picking tasks.
• Participate in the receiving process and sort orders as required.
• Train on computer systems to maintain accurate inventory records.

Essential Skills

• Experience in picking, packing, and warehouse operations.
• Competence in using computers and learning new systems during the contract/hire period.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Familiarity with operating a forklift is advantageous.

Work Environment

You will be working the 1st shift from 8 AM to 5 PM in a climate-controlled facility with concrete flooring. Although the facility is generally climate-controlled, please note that bay doors remain open at times.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
