This is great opportunity to work next to leadership and be given full autonomy to run projects from cradle to grave within the commercial, industrial and residential sectors. Job Details
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically in the construction industry.
3. Proven experience in residential, commercial and industrial construction projects.
4. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
5. Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team of professionals.
6. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
7. Strong ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
8. Proficient in project management software.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
