Work Mode: Onsite

Location: Onsite 4 days per week – Kohler, WI. Relocation coverage available

Kohler Health & Wellness is a newly formed, fast‑growing business unit within Kohler Company, focused on shaping the future of health and wellness across global markets. With teams in Palo Alto, New York City, Kohler, Seoul, Tel Aviv, and Schwäbisch Hall, we combine innovation, design, and operational excellence to drive meaningful impact.

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our team in Kohler, WI. This is a newly created role offering high visibility, strong business partnership, and the opportunity to influence decision‑making and strategic growth—especially within the North American market. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where finance is a strategic driver—not just a reporting function—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

As a key finance business partner, you’ll support the Health & Wellness leadership and operating teams with financial planning, analysis, and insights that drive smart decisions and scalable growth.

Financial Close & Reporting

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations (cash, prepaids, fixed assets, AP, and general ledger accounts).
  • Produce accurate, timely financial reporting in compliance with Kohler policies.
  • Prepare accruals, prorates, and balance sheet reconciliations; review monthly spend for accuracy and trends.

Business Partnership & FP&A

  • Partner with department leaders to provide financial analysis, decision support, and OPEX tracking and controls.
  • Support New Product Development (NPD) with business cases, profitability analysis, project financials (ACTs, WBS elements), and approvals.
  • Own department expense tracking and headcount planning across development projects, advertising, and marketing.
  • Support non‑SAP entities with FP&A aligned to Kohler finance processes.

Forecasting, Planning & Insights

  • Partner with leadership on monthly forecasts and the annual operating plan.
  • Own system loads for income statement and balance sheet forecasts.
  • Prepare and present materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews, including variance analysis and follow‑ups on unexpected charges.
  • Provide financial support for North American Sauna and non‑SAP companies.

Capital & Process Excellence

  • Track capital expenditures, update Planview, and place assets into service when appropriate.
  • Lead finance process improvements and standardization across the Health & Wellness portfolio.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and contribute to special projects as the business continues to scale.

Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years of accounting/finance experience.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP with experience researching, understanding, and communicating technical accounting issues and recommendations.
  • A strong working knowledge of Excel is required.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and high degree of analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience or desire to drive process automation and data visualization.
  • Proven experience with developing scalable, efficient, and controlled processes.
  • Ability to effectively comprehend, analyze, and make recommendations based on complex data is required.
  • Effective communication skills, both within and outside of the Accounting/Finance
    organization. This includes presentation skill.
