We are partnered with a boutique family law firm in search of an experienced a Senior Family Law Attorney to join the team in a hybrid capacity out of their Alpharetta office.
The incoming attorney will manage a sophisticated family law caseload spanning divorce, high-asset property division, child custody and support, adoptions, legitimations, alimony, grandparents' rights, and post-decree modifications. You'll work directly with clients, develop case strategy and handle all phases of litigation with autonomy
Our ideal candidate has significant family law experience, courtroom confidence, and strong legal writing. This is a full-time opportunity with bonus opportunities, excellent benefits, and room for growth.
