This is an opportunity to step into a key client-facing role where you’ll partner closely with commercial clients, helping them navigate risk and maintain strong, well-structured insurance programs.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial clients, providing guidance on coverage options and risk management strategies
  • Manage day-to-day servicing of accounts, including policy changes, renewals, and coverage inquiries
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to support client needs and negotiate solutions
  • Oversee the full policy lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely follow-up
  • Keep client records current within agency systems and ensure all documentation is properly maintained
  • Communicate proactively with clients to deliver a high level of service and responsiveness
  • Contribute to team initiatives and support overall agency goals and growth

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of experience in Commercial Lines within an independent agency environment
  • Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty license required
  • Strong client service mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and problem-solve effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Applied Epic is a plus
  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
