This is an opportunity to step into a key client-facing role where you’ll partner closely with commercial clients, helping them navigate risk and maintain strong, well-structured insurance programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial clients, providing guidance on coverage options and risk management strategies
- Manage day-to-day servicing of accounts, including policy changes, renewals, and coverage inquiries
- Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to support client needs and negotiate solutions
- Oversee the full policy lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely follow-up
- Keep client records current within agency systems and ensure all documentation is properly maintained
- Communicate proactively with clients to deliver a high level of service and responsiveness
- Contribute to team initiatives and support overall agency goals and growth
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of experience in Commercial Lines within an independent agency environment
- Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty license required
- Strong client service mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and problem-solve effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Applied Epic is a plus
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
