Seeking long-term nanny for 1 year old and 3 year old girls

Looking for a calm, nurturing nanny for our two girls. Seeking someone roughly 30-32 hours a week, 4 or 5 day schedule optional. Additionally 1-2 date nights a month. Someone that is dependable and able to take initiative with care, child related tasks, meal prep and light house keeping
