Seeking caring nanny for 1-year-old during parent’s military deployment

Looking for a reliable, nurturing caregiver for our nephews while their mom is on a 3-month military deployment. We have a 1-year-old needing daytime care and a 7-year-old who’s in school during the day but needs help evenings — homework, dinner, bath, and bedtime. Occasionally you’d watch both together. Light housekeeping (tidying, dishes, keeping shared spaces clean) appreciated but not required. Looking for someone patient and dependable who’s comfortable managing two age groups.
