Principal Accountabilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of outdoor wastewater areas, including routine removal of debris and waste
- Perform general housekeeping tasks such as washing down surfaces and assisting with equipment cleaning
- Safely dispose of waste and materials in accordance with facility and environmental guidelines
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Support wastewater operators with basic tasks as needed to maintain efficient operations
- Perform physical labor in outdoor conditions, including lifting, bending, and walking for extended periods
- Assist with general maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, compliant, and well-maintained work environment
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to perform basic computer skills
- Previous experience in general labor, outdoor work, maintenance, or sanitation/cleanup
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous wastewater experience
- Mechanical experience
