Job Description

This is an opportunity for a creative, hands-on Chef to lead a high-volume brunch-driven kitchen that values originality, consistency, and true work-life balance. You’ll have the freedom to showcase culinary creativity through rotating specials and chef-led menu features while working daytime-focused hours.

Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Prior experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Proven experience creating and executing original dishes and rotating specials
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance
  • Inventory management and ordering experience
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen
  • Excellent communication and team leadership skills

Must Haves:


  • Develop and execute creative menu specials for chef-led competitions and limited-time features
  • Maintain consistent execution of core menu items while elevating presentation and flavor
  • Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members to uphold quality standards
  • Oversee daily kitchen organization, cleanliness, and prep execution
  • Actively manage inventory levels, vendor ordering, and waste control

Preferred Background & Skills:


  • Brunch or breakfast-focused restaurant experience
  • Experience mentoring and developing line cooks into leadership roles
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to balance creativity with operational discipline
  • Passion for scratch cooking and guest satisfaction
