This is an opportunity for a creative, hands-on Chef to lead a high-volume brunch-driven kitchen that values originality, consistency, and true work-life balance. You’ll have the freedom to showcase culinary creativity through rotating specials and chef-led menu features while working daytime-focused hours.

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Proven experience creating and executing original dishes and rotating specials
- Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance
- Inventory management and ordering experience
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Must Haves:
- Develop and execute creative menu specials for chef-led competitions and limited-time features
- Maintain consistent execution of core menu items while elevating presentation and flavor
- Train, mentor, and develop kitchen team members to uphold quality standards
- Oversee daily kitchen organization, cleanliness, and prep execution
- Actively manage inventory levels, vendor ordering, and waste control
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Brunch or breakfast-focused restaurant experience
- Experience mentoring and developing line cooks into leadership roles
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to balance creativity with operational discipline
- Passion for scratch cooking and guest satisfaction
