A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available in Pittston, PA, supporting early childhood education. This contract opportunity runs from March 1, 2026, through June 5, 2026, offering the chance to work closely with young learners aged 4-5 years. The role is onsite and involves managing a caseload including approximately 130 speech and language evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for early childhood students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on evaluation results
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student development

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Previous experience working in school settings preferred
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood speech and language development
  • Ability to manage a high volume caseload efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
