Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school-based Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) opportunity is available in Anoka, MN, supporting middle school students. This position offers maternity leave coverage starting in early September through December 2026, with flexibility to accommodate various schedules.

Position Details:

• Discipline: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), including licensed SLPs, SLP Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF), and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) under district supervision
• Location: Middle school setting in Anoka, MN
• Employment Type: Contract
• Workload: 0.5 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE), approximately 18 hours weekly
• Typical Work Hours: 7:30 AM to 2:45 PM; schedule may include half days Monday through Friday or a combination of full and half days, based on mutual agreement
• Duration: September 8 through early December 2026

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed to practice in Minnesota (required)
• For SLP-CF and SLPA, district supervision will be provided
• Experience working in educational settings preferred
• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule during the maternity leave coverage period

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language services to middle school students
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support students' communication needs
• Follow district protocols and maintain accurate documentation
• Deliver supervised services for SLP-CF and SLPA candidates
