Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in the Western Region of New York, serving PreK and Elementary students in the Hornell and Bath school districts. This onsite contract position offers a chance to provide vital speech and language support within school settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to students from PreK through elementary levels
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate records and comply with school district policies
Qualifications:
- Active New York State SLP license
- Certification in TSSLD (Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities)
- Experience working as a licensed SLP in school settings
- Ability to manage caseloads in Hornell and Bath school districts
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
