Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a school setting located in the Mooresville, NC area. This contract role requires providing comprehensive SLP services to students, supporting their speech and language development within the educational environment.
Location:
- Mooresville, North Carolina (School-based setting)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy and assessments to students according to educational needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to create individualized intervention plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and treatment.
- Utilize school-based tools and software, including ECATS, for documentation and reporting.
- Participate in meetings and communicate regularly with the educational team.
Qualifications:
- Active and valid NC Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.
- Experience working in school settings as an SLP.
- Familiarity with ECATS or other educational software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours per week) with flexibility and dedication.
