About the Role: Provide comprehensive psychological services to students in K-12 school settings. You'll conduct psychoeducational evaluations, support the ARD/IEP process, and collaborate with educators and families to promote student mental health, academic success, and positive behavior. This role is embedded within a school district team and serves as a key resource for students with diverse learning and emotional needs.

What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations to determine eligibility for special education services
- Interpret assessment results and develop written psychological reports in compliance with IDEA and TEA guidelines
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and provide recommendations for educational programming and supports
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student outcomes
- Provide consultation on behavioral interventions, social-emotional learning, and crisis response
- Support the development and monitoring of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and FBAs
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation including evaluation reports, eligibility decisions, and progress data
What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) issued by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists, or eligibility to obtain
- DOJ/FBI Live Scan background clearance
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred:
- One or more years of school-based psychological services experience
- Familiarity with Texas ARD procedures, IDEA, and TEA compliance requirements
- Knowledge of evidence-based assessment tools and special education eligibility categories
- Experience with FBA/BIP development and positive behavioral supports
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
