Job DescriptionDegree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time physical therapy position is available in a school setting located in Upper Sandusky, OH. This opportunity offers a stable 37.5-hour workweek, focusing on supporting students from Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade with exceptional physical therapy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services tailored to students aged PK-5 within an educational environment.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to facilitate optimal outcomes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Physical Therapy license is required.
- Experience working within school settings, particularly with children in early education through elementary grades, is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage a caseload focused on PK-5th grade students.
