Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Physical Therapist opportunity is available in Mount Gilead, OH, supporting a school setting with a focus on early childhood and elementary education. This role involves providing therapeutic services to students from pre-kindergarten through 5th grade, helping them achieve their functional mobility and physical development goals within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to a caseload of students in grades PK-5.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student evaluations.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Monitor and document student progress and modify interventions as needed.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide input on educational planning.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Physical Therapy license is required.
• Experience working in school-based physical therapy is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of pediatric developmental stages and therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to supporting children's physical needs within an educational setting.

Position Details:

• Full-time contract position.
• Two openings available.
• 37.5 hours per week.
• Early Start (ES) placement within the school.
• Located in Mount Gilead, Ohio.
