Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A dynamic opportunity is available for a qualified Physical Therapist specializing in school-based therapy services. This contract role is situated in Butler, GA, and involves working closely with students to support their physical development and improve their functional mobility within the educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and interventions tailored to the needs of students
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Georgia
