This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Occupational Therapist with experience in school settings, looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young learners. Situated in Upper Sandusky, OH, this full-time contract role offers the chance to work with students from pre-kindergarten through 5th grade, focusing on early school (ES) placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in grades PK-5 within a school environment.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapist license valid in the state of Ohio.
  • Proven experience working as an OT in a school setting, preferably with early school placements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and school staff.
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining attention to detail in therapeutic practices.

Work Schedule and Location:

  • Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week.
  • Located in Upper Sandusky, OH.
  • Contract role with three openings available.
