Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Saint Cloud, FL. This role requires pediatric OT expertise and familiarity with key assessment tools to provide tailored interventions that promote student development and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students, addressing diverse developmental and functional needs
  • Utilize standardized assessment tools including PDMS (Peabody Developmental Motor Scales), BOT (Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency), and VMI (Visual-Motor Integration) to evaluate students' abilities and progress
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized therapy plans and implement interventions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports
  • Participate in case conferences and contribute to creating supportive educational environments for students

Qualifications:

  • Active Occupational Therapist License in Florida is required
  • Proven experience working with pediatric populations in school settings
  • Proficiency in pediatric assessment tools PDMS, BOT, and VMI
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, parents, and school personnel

Position Details:

  • Location: Saint Cloud, Florida
  • Contract position starting ASAP through 5/29/2026
  • 38.75 hours per week, 5 days a week
  • Caseload includes K-12 students with varied therapy needs
