Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity for an Occupational Therapist is based in Peyton, CO, supporting a K-12 caseload across the district. The position involves providing therapy services in a school setting, with some flexibility for teletherapy and home health interventions as needed.

Location: Peyton, Colorado
Schedule: 30 hours per week
Caseload: K-12 students district wide
Contract End Date: May 21, 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize various therapy modalities including in-person school-based, home health, teletherapy, and healthcare settings as appropriate.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to meet evolving needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and regulatory guidelines.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school and healthcare environments.
  • Skilled in delivering teletherapy services and home health OT preferable.
  • Ability to manage a diverse K-12 caseload with sensitivity to individual student needs.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of pediatric therapy assessments and treatment strategies.
