Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) position based in Entiat, WA, specializing in early intervention services for children from birth to 3 years old. The role begins ASAP and extends through the 2026-2027 school year, offering an excellent chance to support young learners in a dynamic school setting. This is a contract position with consistent full-time hours, Monday through Friday, eight hours per day.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing early intervention OT services for children aged 0-3 years.
- Traveling between various school sites to deliver comprehensive care.
- Collaborating with school personnel to support student development.
- Potential caseload involvement with early intervention programs.
- Flexibility to work alongside other part-time OT professionals to cover the service needs.
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with a background in school-based therapy.
- Experience with teletherapy services considered an asset, alongside in-person interventions.
- Ability to manage a traveling caseload efficiently and engage in early childhood intervention.
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
This position offers the flexibility for two part-time OT providers if preferred, supporting a balanced workload. Interviews will be conducted via Zoom or on-site to accommodate candidate preferences.
