Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers a contract opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), including SLP-CF and SLPA candidates, with district supervision provided. The role involves maternity leave coverage at a middle school in Minneapolis, MN, with flexible scheduling options to accommodate Monday through Friday availability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language services to students, supporting communication development and addressing speech disorders.
  • Collaborate with educational staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success planning.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid Minnesota state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Credentials accepted include SLP-CF (Clinical Fellowship) and SLPA, with district supervision available.
  • Experience in school-based speech therapy preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Details:

  • Position type: Contract (maternity leave coverage)
  • Location: Middle school in Minneapolis, MN
  • Part-time: 0.5 FTE, approximately 18 hours per week
  • Typical work hours: 7:30 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., flexible scheduling with options for half days or a combination of full and half days
  • Duration: Beginning September 8 through early December 2026
