Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2026-2027 school year, located onsite in Irmo, SC. This contract role supports students within a school setting, providing essential speech and language services to enhance communication skills and educational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
Qualifications:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience working in school settings as an SLP preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders in children
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite and manage a caseload efficiently
Location: Irmo, South Carolina
Schedule: Contract position from August 1, 2026, through May 29, 2027
Hours: 35 hours per week
