Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is based in Lake Saint Louis, MO, serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade. The role is ideal for a certified SLP with experience in school settings and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). The position supports speech and language development in a dynamic educational environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students.
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Conducting assessments and progress monitoring to ensure effective communication interventions.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and district policies.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive school climate.
Qualifications and experience desired:
- Certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC credential.
- Valid licensure to practice in the state.
- Experience working in school-based settings, preferably across all K-12 grade levels.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support various locations.
- No Clinical Fellows (CF) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) are currently required.
