- 8+ years of experience in real estate brokerage or related sales leadership roles
- Demonstrated success as a high-producing real estate professional or sales manager
- Proven experience coaching or managing agents within a brokerage environment
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills
- Ability to design and implement sales systems and drive team accountability
- Licensed real estate broker or salesperson in New York

- Support agents through complex negotiations to optimize outcomes and protect commissions
- Recruit and onboard experienced agents, fostering a culture of performance and accountability
- Implement scalable systems and processes for a repeatable, high-performing sales organization
