Restoration Superintendent Requirements and Qualifications

3–5+ years of restoration or construction supervision experience
Strong background in water, fire, mold mitigation, and reconstruction
Experience coordinating crews, subcontractors, and project schedules
Proficiency with Xactimate and understanding of insurance claim processes
Knowledge of OSHA standards and jobsite safety
Valid driver’s license and ability to participate in on-call rotation

Restoration Superintendent Preferred Background and Skills

IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, FRST, etc.)
Experience working with insurance carriers and TPAs
Ability to manage residential and commercial projects
Strong documentation and communication skills
