Restaurant Manager Requirements:

Prior experience in a restaurant leadership role
Previous experience in a full-service dining environment
Great personality with high energy and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and a hands-on management mindset
Experience in high volume setting-between $3-$5 million
A good understanding of company culture and taking care of employees
55-hour workweek and stamina of being on your feet a lot
