Minimum of 5 years' successful results as a Franchise Consultant Director of Operations of 15 or more locations (Quick Serve, Fast Casual, and Casual Dining)
People development and QSC improvement track record
Strong focus on operations execution and financial results
Sharp and professional
Coaching and directing of strategies and objectives with Managing Partners
