About the Opportunity

Seeking an experienced and driven Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and continue delivering an outstanding guest experience. We are looking for a hands-on leader with strong Front of House and Back of House experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Compensation

Salary Range: $65,000 – $72,000 annually

Competitive compensation based on experience and leadership background

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Strong experience managing both FOH and BOH operations
  • Open to high-performing AGMs with proven leadership success
  • Experience in restaurants with $3 million+ annual sales volume
  • Strong team leadership, coaching, and staff development skills
  • Proven ability to drive sales, control costs, and improve profitability
  • Experience with scheduling, labor management, inventory, and P&L oversight
  • Excellent guest service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead by example in a high-energy hospitality environment
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations
  • Lead, train, and develop FOH and BOH teams
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Manage labor costs, food costs, and overall profitability
  • Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and community reputation
  • Handle hiring, scheduling, performance management, and team development
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company standards
  • Partner with ownership to drive business growth and operational success
