Restaurant and Venues Manager Responsibilities:


  • Lead daily operations of multiple food and beverage venues, including member dining, seasonal outlets, and private events
  • Supervise, train, schedule, and develop front-of-house staff to maintain exceptional service standards
  • Maintain a strong floor presence, building relationships with members and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Manage beverage ordering, inventory control, reservations, POS systems, and operational reporting
  • Support hiring efforts and collaborate closely with culinary and events teams to execute successful dining and banquet experiences


Restaurant and Venues Manager Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years of food and beverage experience in a restaurant, club, hotel, or similar hospitality environment
  • Previous management or leadership experience preferred; banquet and event service experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and beverage operations in a high-volume setting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems; experience with Jonas software is advantageous
  • Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications preferred, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and remain active throughout shifts
