Residential HVAC Lead Install Mechanic

 Location: Fernandina Beach
Pay Range: $75,000 - $100,000 annually
Schedule: Full time, year round work

What You’ll Do:

• Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems.

• Install, Start up and test HVAC systems to verify proper function, pressures, and air flow

• Train and support assigned apprentices on the job

• Ensure all installations meet safety codes, local regulations, and company quality standards

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 2–4 years of Residential HVAC installation experience

• Comfortable leading install crews with assigned helper

• EPA certification required

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and access crawl spaces and attics

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

• Must pass background check and drug screen
