Rescan Processor

Location: On-site in Lexington, KY
Training Schedule: 4-8 weeks, Monday-Friday, starting at 8:00 AM. End times vary based on daily workload and business needs
Production Schedule: Monday-Friday, starting at 8:00 AM. End times vary based on daily workload and business needs. Occasional overtime and extended shifts may be required based on operational needs.
Pay: $16.00/hour during training; after training, compensation transitions to a performance-based piece rate, with earning potential based on productivity.

Job Summary

As a Rescan Processor, you will support document reprocessing and warehouse operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves retrieving, preparing, and correcting documents to ensure high-quality scanning, as well as organizing and transporting materials throughout the facility.

You will balance detailed document handling with physically active warehouse tasks, requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting strict quality and turnaround standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review pull lists and retrieve documents from storage or designated areas
  • Prepare documents for rescanning by correcting physical issues 
  • Ensure documents meet quality standards before reprocessing
  • Log activity, track errors, and follow established workflows
  • Assemble and organize document batches for processing
  • Transport, stage, and organize boxes within the warehouse
  • Dispose of outdated materials according to guidelines
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all security procedures
  • Maintain an excellent attendance record, contributing to the smooth flow of mailroom/warehouse operations

 Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail when handling and preparing documents
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently throughout the shift
  • Basic computer skills (data entry, tracking, Excel or similar systems)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely operate a company vehicle (box truck or cargo van; no CDL required)
  • Ability to use ladders and move materials safely
  • Must be able to clear a criminal background check
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)

 

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $29,640-$37,050.
