Reliable babysitter needed for care 3 days a week (30 hrs or more)

Hello, looking for a reliable and committed sitter for our 2 month old boy. The job would be 3 days a week minimum, at least 30 hrs, (days of the week to be determined upon hire.) looking to employ ASAP for the foreseeable future with the right fit. Me and my partner own a tree care company and need someone to stay with baby so we can go to work. Montessori experience wanted but not necessary. Would be nice to have some help with house chores as well like dishes, and laundry. Comfortable with animals. (We have a 5 year old Australian Cattle Dog named Reina. She goes to work with us but you will be seeing her in passing. She loves people.)
