How you'll contribute
A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:
Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and related medical care.
Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, psychosocial/spiritual support).
Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
Displays initiative and flexibility to float throughout the building to support departments and staff.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have a current Arizona or Compact State RN license and possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:
Education: Bachelor of Science (BSN) preferred
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of beside RN required; 2 to 4 years of critical care nursing preferred
