Student Driver Program

We are now accepting applicants for our Student Driver Program, designed to help new or recent CDL holders transition confidently into a regional driving career with professional support every step of the way.

Program Overview

Once approved, students will attend a minimum 7-day onboarding class in Tontitown, AR. During onboarding, students will be introduced to PAM and key department representatives, complete a driving skills evaluation, receive additional training if needed, receive a $100 food stipend, and be paired with a professional mentor as quickly as possible.

Mentor Training Phase

• Minimum of 10 days with a mentor
• Paid $75 per day
• One-on-one, real-world OTR experience

Upgrade to First Seat

• Backing evaluation
• Pre-trip inspection
• Road test

Once approved by Safety, drivers will be upgraded to First Seat and begin to run our lanes What We're Looking For

• Valid CDL (new or recent graduates welcome)
• Willingness to train, learn
• Commitment to safety and professionalism
