Key Responsibilities
Lead and maintain the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with AS9100 / ISO standards and customer requirements
Manage internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory reviews, and drive corrective actions
Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions
Partner with customers and suppliers to ensure quality expectations and requirements are met
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support quality standards and resolve manufacturing issues
Oversee inspection processes, including First Article Inspection (FAI) and use of measurement equipment (e.g., FARO arm)
Track and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Lead Lean and quality improvement efforts across the organization
Train and mentor team members on quality processes, inspection methods, and SPC
