The Quality Inspector Helper is responsible for providing constant support to the penetrant department. They
will work under direct observation of a Level II or Level III inspector.
Hours: 1st shift 6am-330pm
Days: Monday-Friday

The Quality Inspector Helper is responsible for providing constant support to the penetrant department. They

Job Requirements:
- Process parts with care and attention to detail to support quality and inspection requirements.
- Perform routine preparation and handling steps according to established procedures and work instructions.
- Work closely with supervisors and inspection personnel, following direction and supporting daily operations as needed.
- Communicate quality concerns or process issues to management in a timely manner.
- Maintain reliable attendance, punctuality, and adherence to workplace standards.
- Assist with post-process cleaning, handling, and preparation of parts.
- Support packaging and staging of completed work for next operations or shipment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, quality control, or inspection environments
- Ability to maintain positive attitude in fast paced and demanding work environment.
- Basic understanding of technical written instructions.
