The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the anodize department, ensuring that production schedules are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Hours: 1st shift 7am-330pm
Days: Monday-Friday

The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the anodize department, ensuring that production schedules are met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Job Requirements:
- Supervise and support quality or technical staff by providing training, guidance, and day-to-day direction
- Oversee testing and inspection activities for incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products using standard evaluation methods
- Maintain and manage quality management system documentation, audit schedules, and compliance requirements
- Lead internal reviews, support external audits, and ensure ongoing audit readiness
- Manage equipment calibration programs for production and testing tools
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain accurate quality records to support traceability and audit requirements
- Support production activities by reviewing setups and verifying process parameters
- Promote a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
Qualifications:
- Background in polymer science, composites, or aerospace manufacturing.
- Experience interfacing with customers for technical evaluations or complaint resolution.
- Familiarity with DOE, data analysis, and prototype testing.
