Job Overview:
We are supporting a mission-critical data center project in Goodyear, AZ. The project requires a strong MEP-focused leader to step in, bring clarity, and proactively drive quality and execution forward.
This is a high-impact role where you will serve as a problem-solver and integrator, helping the team identify issues early, align on solutions, and ensure successful commissioning.

Job Details
Job Overview:
We are supporting a mission-critical data center project in Goodyear, AZ. The project requires a strong MEP-focused leader to step in, bring clarity, and proactively drive quality and execution forward.
This is a high-impact role where you will serve as a problem-solver and integrator, helping the team identify issues early, align on solutions, and ensure successful commissioning.
Required Experience Needed:
- Must be proactive and identify issues ahead of time. The team is trying to avoid being handed a list of problems last minute, without solutions.
- Data Center experience required
- Liquid Glycol Cooling experience required
- Specialization in water piping systems
- Integrating and getting through commissioning
- This person needs to come in and quickly digest/understand the design/changes.
- Heavy MEP centric project/experience.
