Driver/Puller
Position Summary:
Provide the highest possible standard of catering to our clients by managing all aspects of catering provision.
The Driver/Puller must have excellent communication skills, high level of professionalism with attention to details. Problem solving, good organizational skills, multitasker without feeling overwhelmed. Can think quick on your feet. Always has a true servant's heart to please guests.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Ensures exemplary guest services through all forms of driving and pulling and loading of events whether it be on premise or off premise for services such as plated, buffets, grazing stations, family style and interactive stations.
Ensures that events are properly equipped and executed by transporting, pulling, setting up and breaking down, as well as returning equipment to designated storages in compliance with standards and instructions.
Maintains a safe, hygienic and sanitary work environment.
Delivery and execution of food/equipment to client's homes or offices.
Cleans and organizes the restocking of equipment/products returning from catering events.
Understands safety responsibilities as well as environmental laws by following established procedures, polices, training and involvement activities.
Follows state vehicle laws while driving company vehicles.
Performs other duties that could be assigned.
Sets up and arranges buffets, appetizer stations, dessert displays, and beverage service areas in a timely, efficient manner, ensuring a clean, organized, and visually appealing presentation.
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications and Characteristics:
Food Service Experience
High School diploma and prefer at least 1-year industry experience.
Must have excellent verbal communication skills.
Must be able to read and understand simple instructions, memos and short correspondence and invoices.
Must have basic math skills.
Must have excellent driving record and reliable vehicle.
Must have a working phone that can be used to clock in or receive text messages,
Must be able to exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills and develop effective proactive solutions.
Must be able to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Must be able to complete work in a timely, organized manner.
Punctuality and consistent attendance.
Must be able to interact positively with clients, staff and other third parties.
Serve Safe Certification (food handlers)
Essential Physical Functions:
Ability to sit, see, hear, and speak for extended periods of time.
Ability to stand, squat, crouch and lift arms above head.
Ability to sit, stand or walk for 6 to 8 hours per day.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
