The Leidos Defense Sector has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Information Operations Technical SME / Program Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

The selected candidate will serve as a senior technical and operational Subject Matter Expert supporting the development, integration, and execution of Information Operations (IO), influence operations, Military Information Support Operations (MISO)/PSYOP, and gray-zone capabilities. The individual will support active IO campaigns and initiatives while helping shape, capture, transition, and potentially manage future IO-related programs across the Department of War.

  

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical and operational SME for IO, MISO/PSYOP, influence operations, and gray-zone operations, translating mission requirements into executable technical solutions.

  • Support the planning and execution of IO/influence campaigns, including audience analysis, information environment assessment, campaign design, measures of performance/effectiveness, and assessment.

  • Work with software developers, data scientists, intelligence analysts, operators, and mission SMEs to translate operational requirements into technical capabilities and product enhancements.

  • Support integration and operationalization of Imperium and complementary data/analytics capabilities for IO/MISO missions.

  • Develop technical concepts, workflows, demonstrations, use cases, CONOPS, and solution architectures supporting customer mission requirements.

  • Serve as a customer-facing SME during demonstrations, technical exchanges, exercises, experimentation, and capability-development activities.

  • Identify capability gaps and recommend new technologies, data sources, partnerships, and development priorities.

  • Support business development, capture, solutioning, proposal development, and customer engagement for IO/MISO/influence opportunities.

  • Help develop the company's broader IO/Influence Operations growth strategy and opportunity pipeline, particularly across USSOCOM, CENTCOM, ACC/16 AF, service components, and other organizations with IO/influence missions.

  • Participate in color teams, technical solution development, oral presentations, proposal writing, staffing development, BOEs, transition planning, and program startup.

  • Serve as a bid Program Manager for future IO-related contract awards, with responsibility for customer relationships, personnel, technical execution, schedule, financial performance, and growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years of IO/PSYOPS experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

  • Experience leading similar technical requirements within the past five years.

  • Bachelors Degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ of experience leading large IO/PSYOP support projects, programs, or organizations.

  • Current TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to pass polygraph, if required.

  • Current Project Management Professional Citification (PMP) or ability to attain within 90 days of hire.

  • Ability to telework with approximately 50% travel.

Preferred Qualifications.

  • Master’s Degree

  • Knowledge and recent experience leading efforts with the SOCOM SREC and/or JMWC

Pay Range:Pay Range $154,050.00 - $278,475.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
