- Collaborating closely with project managers and team members to gather scheduling requirements.
- Monitoring project timelines and adjusting schedules as necessary to accommodate changes.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project milestones.
- Utilizing scheduling software to track progress and report on key performance indicators.
- Identifying potential scheduling conflicts and proactively resolving them to maintain project flow.
Experience Level:
- Preferred experience level is 2 to 5 years in scheduling or project management.
