Production Associate

Pay:

?? $18.00/hr to start ?? $18.50/hr after 4 weeks for employees who meet expectations for quality, attendance, and communication.

What You'll Do:

• Assemble products using hand tools and power tools
• Package and prepare products for shipment
• Box, label, and organize materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
• Assist with inventory and counting tasks

What We're Looking For:

? Reliable attendance

? Good communication skills

? Attention to detail

? Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

? Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and working with hand tools

? Manufacturing, assembly, shipping, or warehouse experience is a plus

Schedule:

Monday-Friday with overtime opportunities available.
