Process Technician (DIRECT HIRE) Day Shift - $20-$27 Plus Sign-On Bonus

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the plastics industry, is seeking a Process Technician to join their team. This is a Dire Hire opportunity.  As a Process Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting efficient processing and high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.  This is a Direct Hire opportunity with full benefits.

Job Title: Process Technician (Direct Hire) 
Location: Erie, PA
Pay Range: $20-$27
Shift: 7am-7pm rotating days with every other weekend off
Sign- On Bonus: $1500-$4000

What's the Job?

• Monitor production schedules and prepare for upcoming runs, including tools and material changes.
• Complete all setup, teardown, and changeover practices to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to maintain high levels of quality and efficiency.
• Document all adjustments and maintain checklists for each new startup.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization on the production floor.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary technical training preferred.
• Prior experience or education in injection molding or the plastics industry is strongly desired.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of shop math and proven mechanical ability.
