Job Summary

The Pick-Up and Delivery Driver is responsible for transporting customer vehicles to and from the dealership in a safe, timely, and professional manner. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service while supporting dealership operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer vehicles for service appointments
• Ensure vehicles are handled carefully and driven safely at all times
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections before and after transport
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation for vehicle pick-ups and deliveries
• Communicate professionally with customers and dealership staff
• Keep vehicles clean and presentable during transport
• Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety policies
• Assist with other dealership duties as needed (e.g., shuttle driving, light errands)

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check and background check
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
• Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
